Farm Life Group is an independent agro-marketing and distribution company that commercialize the finest agricultural grains for the domestic and international market. Established for the primary purpose of large scale Farming; Production, Sourcing, Distribution and Trading of agricultural commodities. Farm Life aims to be one of the largest producers and distributors of quality grains in Nigeria through improvement in operations and enriched living of smallholder farmers. This is achieved by providing access to quality inputs, markets, finance, insurance and farming mechanization through mutual agreement with Farmers Associations across Nigeria.

Farm Life was formed in Lagos with a network of farms and storage facilities across Nigeria. Living for others is a rule of nature and on this principle, Farm Life exists. We thrive on the ability to transcend traditional ideas and the relationship with suppliers which avails us the opportunity to acquire the finest quality grains at the best purchasing price. We do not compromise on quality and ethical business model. Tonia Nwamanna - CEO & Founder

Ms. Anthonia Nwamanna is the Founder and CEO of Farmlife Productions and Investment Ltd. A graduate of the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. in Sociology. An astute Entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in viable business sectors, specifically the Oil and Gas Industry and the Food Industry. With over 4 years’ experience within the Agricultural value chain as a primary producer and grain trader, Ms Anthonia is leading a great team of experts as they work together to make Farmlife Group a household name in the industry within a short period.

Living for others is a rule of nature, and on this principle, Farmlife exists. The company thrives on the ability of the CEO to transcend traditional ideas and patterns to create meaningful and profitable methods, to meet unarticulated and existing market needs. With a combination of professional approaches from a sound management team in solving problems, making informed decisions, and implementing good work processes. Farmlife is projected as the future of sustainable Agriculture, through its entire value chain.

Anthonia seeks to remain relevant in an ever-changing world of work by finessing her visions in the industry. Farmlife group worked in partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria, to bridge the Agricultural deficit gap in the country, with one of its biggest and very important programs “The Brown Revolution”. It was the pilot of its first rainfed Wheat seed Multiplication Program in Plateau State and was ongoing in about 15 states in Nigeria, working along with over 150,000 farmers, across 180,000 Hectares of land. Targeted to substitute importation by 60% in the 1st year and save the country’s annual Forex Exchange on Wheat grains. She is enthusiastic, all grit and determination. An influential personality as she wears the green thinking hat in the room with poise. Thrilled at the immense opportunities in Nigeria and Africa’s agri-business sector, she is determined to raise female leaders in the agricultural space.

Farmlife Production and Investment Ltd, under the directives of Ms Anthonia Nwamanna and the team of experts, gives priority to improving the lives of farmers and farming activities. This general principle will successively fast-forward and showcase the advantages of the different aspects of agriculture in its entirety in Africa.

Kingsley Ananenu - Executive Director Operations

Kingsley Ananenu is the Executive Director of Operations for Farmlife Group and holds a Law Degree from the University of Wales in Cardiff. He has worked with several organizations including Deutsche Telekom, Qualcomm, T-Mobile, and VW Financial Services, and is currently working with HMCTS as part of the strategy and change directorate, delivering change into the business operation and benefits into the reform program.

He is a creative thinker and influential collaborator. A proven background in utilizing his wealth of experience in delivering results through training, mentoring, coaching, and facilitating key strategic initiatives, from the inception phase to a brilliant completion.

Kingsley is a Technology enthusiast and is keen on pushing boundaries and refactoring processes to improve the set skill of any individual, increase the company's production, and strengthen Client/Customer Satisfaction.

Nwakanma Eze Iheukwumere - Chief Strategic Advisor

Nwakanma Eze Iheukwumere is a seasoned banker, with vast experience in Agricultural Financing, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Banking Operations. Eze’s 20-year banking stint has been across international and local markets in large banking corporations like Standard Chartered Bank, UBA, Union Bank, and Oceanic Bank. Currently, Eze is an Assistant General Manager at NIRSAL, where he heads the Agricultural Value Chain Finance & Investment Services. Before joining NIRSAL, he managed other various senior roles, such as in Union Bank where he was Head of Corporate Agribusiness and sector Lead Agribusiness. He was also Group Head of Banking Operations and IT in Oceanic Bank Gambia.

Eze is hands-on and has been at the forefront of the implementation of various government-led agricultural initiatives in Nigeria. A well-traveled and highly knowledgeable Agri-banker, Eze knows where things are in the Agri world- both internationally and locally. He is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and provides expert support, to the Federal Government of Nigeria and the private sector, on post-harvest development policies and delivery. He also volunteers at the Henrich Boll Foundation to develop interventions that improve the quality of life for the rural poor. Eze speaks at several international and local Agri conferences annually. He holds two master’s degrees in Project Management and Strategic Studies.

Awawu Olumide-Sojinrin - Non - Executive Director Finance

Awawu Olumide-Sojinrin is a well-rounded professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in Financial Management, Business Development, Audit, Marketing, and Operations within various multinational organizations. She possesses excellent communication, managerial, and interpersonal skills and has a proven track record of leadership by example. She has been recognized for her high level of integrity, professionalism, and her ability to perform in an ever-changing environment.

Her career began at Arthur Andersen (now KPMG), where she worked in the audit department, focusing on audits and advisory services for companies in the financial services industry. In January 2002, she joined British American Tobacco as Audit Manager and held various roles in Finance before being appointed Enterprise Programme Office Manager in May 2007. In this role, she managed 16 projects aimed at transforming the company from a sales location to an Area office for West Africa.

She joined Microsoft Nigeria in September 2007 as the Services Controller for West East and Central Africa. Within six months, she earned a Gold Star award and was promoted to the role of Senior Finance Manager for English-speaking West Africa in March 2008, a role she managed until December 2012, even after taking on the additional responsibility of Marketing and Operations (M&O) Lead for Nigeria in April 2012.

Awawu worked as the M&O Lead for 55 months, concurrently holding multiple roles, including that of Country Manager. In this capacity, she collaborated with the Country Manager and Segment Leads to execute the organization’s business priorities and achieve tangible business results.  Her team provided the necessary orchestration to drive the success of Microsoft’s business operations in Nigeria by offering support to the internal team, strategic partners, and customers.

She resigned from Microsoft Nigeria in November 2016 to relocate to the United States for her Executive MBA program at the University of Washington, a learning opportunity she identified as a key next step for her career growth.

After gaining her Executive MBA, she returned to Microsoft Corporation, where she currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Management in the office of the Executive Vice President of Cloud and AI at Microsoft. In this role, she supports customer and partner engagements, helping the team build and nurture new and existing business relationships towards improving an organization’s market position and achieving its strategic business objectives.

Awawu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Golden Key Honors Society due to her outstanding performance in her Executive MBA program.

Stephanie Anwuli Oranyeli -Executive Director Business Development

Stephanie Anwuli Oranyeli, born in the 80s in Lagos completed a significant part of my education and service in Delta-state, Nigeria. With an outstanding qualification in the Department of Fisheries under the Faculty of Agriculture. She is the Executive Director of business development for FarmLife Group. Her professional experience has been in Business operations and Manager/Quality control person. Applying knowledge Efficiently in the administrative duties, monitoring the team, and evaluating the commodities in all Farmlife locations across the country. She ensured that farm products met the required standard for trading as it is an important process in the chain of operation.

To stay valid in the automated world, she received Training and certification from Jobberman Nigeria in the human soft skills matrix besides, currently running an Information Technology program by Amazon Web Services on performance tuning and cost optimization for serverless web applications.

Stephanie works extremely diligently to improve the FarmLife brand and the market in every location. Working To build a stronger Agricultural economy, with Farmlife pitched at the top in agricultural activities at home and abroad with an increase in income opportunities and growing the next generation of skillful and proficient farmers.
